Energy-efficient production through a modern compressor system at “ZHITARA” Ltd.

Project objective. Improving energy efficiency and optimising production processes by replacing obsolete equipment with a modern energy-efficient compressor system (an inverter-controlled compressor and a receiver), reducing specific energy consumption and the carbon footprint.

Pitkas and kozunak

Our kozunak, the traditional sweet Bulgarian bread, and kozunak rolls are made entirely by hand. We bake classic kozunak, kozunak with raisins and kozunak with different fillings. The pitas, buns and baguettes follow classic recipes.
