Energy-efficient production through a modern compressor system at “ZHITARA” Ltd.
Project objective. Improving energy efficiency and optimising production processes by replacing obsolete equipment with a modern energy-efficient compressor system (an inverter-controlled compressor and a receiver), reducing specific energy consumption and the carbon footprint.

We mill on our own mill, modernised in 2015. Our flour is 100% natural, with no improvers or bleaching agents. We supply it in bulk, in large packs, and in small retail bags.
