Energy-efficient production through a modern compressor system at “ZHITARA” Ltd.

Project objective. Improving energy efficiency and optimising production processes by replacing obsolete equipment with a modern energy-efficient compressor system (an inverter-controlled compressor and a receiver), reducing specific energy consumption and the carbon footprint.

Who processes your data

The data controller is Jitara Ltd (“Zhitara” OOD), UIC 106627992, VAT No. BG106627992, registered at 60 Georgi Apostolov St., Vratsa 3000, Bulgaria.

What data we collect

Only what you enter in the form yourself:

  • name and company
  • phone number and email
  • type of business and the products you are interested in
  • the text of your message

Why we use it

We use the data only to answer your enquiry and to send you a quote. If you left an email address, we also send you an automatic confirmation that we have received your enquiry. We do not use it for advertising and we never sell it.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR).

How it is sent and stored

Your enquiry reaches us by email. It is sent by Resend (Resend, Inc.) through servers in the European Union (Ireland), and the website is hosted by Vercel (Vercel Inc.). They process the data only on our behalf and only for this purpose. Both companies are based in the USA; where data is transferred there, it is done under the safeguards of the GDPR, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Like any website, the server briefly logs the technical details of each visit (IP address, browser, page visited) so that the site runs securely. These logs are not used to identify you.

We keep the data while we answer your enquiry and for as long as a possible cooperation requires it, and delete it when we no longer need it.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no analytics and does not track visitors. We use no advertising cookies. Only what is strictly necessary for the site to work may be stored, for example your chosen language.

The map on the Contact page is loaded from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address in order to show it. The Google Maps button opens Google only if you press it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • erase your data
  • restrict processing
  • transfer your data

Withdrawing consent and complaints
